I feel very compelled to take my time out of the day to write this email regarding the service that I have received thus far from American Risk Insurance Company. 

I have never had an insurance claim of any type before, yet, I have heard friends tell of the horror stories of the claims agents and insurance companies.  From the initial contact my claims examiner has been courteous, well informed, and above all he has kept me "in the loop" with regard to the claims process and my claim in particular.  He returns phone calls promptly and has followed up each time he has told me he would get back to me. 

Please know that committed customer service friendly employees are indeed a rare occasion in any industry these days, but especially rare in the insurance industry.   Thank you for hiring people that go the extra mile with customer service when your customers need it the most.  American Risk - you are indeed my insurance company, and I will make sure that all of my friends and family are aware of your services as well.
