What information will my Claims Representative need?
Your name, contact information, policy number, and full description of the loss.
What do I do after a loss?
Get everyone to safety. Call the Police or Fire department for help if needed. Take photos or video of the damage. Please make temporary repairs to prevent further damage to your property, and keep all receipts for your claims adjuster. Please do not discard any damaged property, equipment or parts related to the cause of your loss. The claims adjuster will need to visually inspect and collect these items in order to properly investigate your claim.
